As president, Bailey handles overall operations in the accounting and sales departments.

Artistic Iron Works belongs to the Better Business Bureau. Bailey is also a member of the National Ornamental Miscellaneous Metals Association (NOMMA), an organization with approximately 1,000 members throughout the world that is dedicated to educating owners and the design/build community on the many advantages or ornamental and miscellaneous metalwork.

A Las Vegas resident since 1980, Bailey opened Artistic Iron Works in 1990, and the business was located on Industrial Road for 15 years.

Bailey has two daughters, one son, two granddaughters and one grandson. She is a supporter of the Lied Discovery Children’s Museum and Boys and Girls Clubs of Henderson.
