It was easy, inexpensive, and pleasant to work with these guys. Everything came as expected and timely. Our projects, a custom stairway and pergola, came out wonderfully! I am working on a few new projects and will be ordering parts again soon!

On 5-22-2008 I had a security door installed at my mobile home by your company. Your office staff, your estimator Victor Dearing, the workmanship and installation were all excellent. The two young men that came to install knew what to do and did it in a very professional manner.
Artistic Iron Works has done previous iron work to my satisfaction. My neighbor was so impressed she followed my recommendation and had two security doors installed at her mobile home and is completely satisfied.
We now have a little more sense of security in these unsettling times.

Artistic Iron Works Rocks!!! My husband and I wanted more security for our home and we started with your business. The moment we walked into your showroom we both knew this was the place we would purchase our security door. We were greeted by Jimmy with a no pressure attitude - he gave us space to look around.. He helped us and a few moments later we had our security door purchased. Within the week we had our gorgeous security door installed by very professional and friendly installers. Just want to bring to your attention that I am very happy with the service you provided in installing and adjusting our walk gate. It has been such a pleasure working with your company and your staff. Today I spoke with Ashley, who was very nice and easy to work with. She informed me that the gentleman came back today to re-adjust our walk gate.
It is very acceptable and the reason I wrote this letter is to thank the person who adjusted our walk gate and Ashley for being so nice. It will now pass inspection for our pool as an "approved" pool code gate and closes/latches properly. Thanks again.

I want to write to commend your fine service and the craftsmanship of your crew. Dennis and Pedro were an excellent crew and did everything to make our new stair railing a masterpiece. We are so happy with it and we have had many compliments on it since. We were particularly impressed with Pedro's attention to detail on the finish work of the rail.
