Dear Artistic Iron Works:

Just want to bring to your attention that I am very happy with the service you provided in installing and adjusting our walk gate. It has been such a pleasure working with your company and your staff.  Today I spoke with Ashley, who was very nice and easy to work with. She informed me that the gentleman came back today to re-adjust our walk gate.

It is very acceptable and the reason I wrote this letter is to thank the person who adjusted our walk gate and Ashley for being so nice. It will now pass inspection for our pool as an "approved" pool code gate and closes/latches properly. Thanks again.
